Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Estimated delivery time:
- Tamil Nadu & Nearby States: 3-5 business days
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days
- International Orders: 10-15 business days
Shipping Charges (India)
- Free Shipping for orders above ₹10,000.
- Tamil Nadu: ₹50 per saree
- Other States: ₹80 per saree
- International Orders: Charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Tracking Orders
- Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
- Customers can also track their orders on our website.
Delays & Exceptions
- Unforeseen delays due to weather conditions, courier issues, or strikes may occur.
- We will notify customers promptly in case of any delays.
Pre-Booking Orders
We offer a Pre-Booking Option for selected sarees, allowing customers to reserve their favorite designs before they arrive in stock.
How Pre-Booking Works
- Pre-Booking Charge: ₹100 per saree (non-refundable).
- The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
- Estimated dispatch time: 20-25 days from the date of booking.

- Tamil Nadu: ₹50 per saree
- Other States: ₹80 per saree
- International Orders: Charges calculated at checkout.
Payment & Order Confirmation
- Once the pre-booking is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
- We will notify you when the saree is ready for dispatch.
Cancellations & Refunds
- The ₹100 pre-booking charge is non-refundable if the order is canceled.
- Once the saree is ready, cancellation is not allowed.
