Return & Refund Policy
At Manju Boutique, we take great care in delivering high-quality sarees to our customers. We ensure that all our sarees undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary.
1. Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sarees once the order is delivered, except in the case of the following:
- Defective or damaged products received.
- Wrong product sent due to our mistake.
Eligibility for Returns
A return request will be considered only if:
- The saree received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Note: Slight color variations due to screen resolution or lighting differences will not be considered as a reason for return.
Return Process
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Share an unboxing video proof and clear images via WhatsApp or Email.
- Once our team verifies the issue, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit for future purchases.
Note: Returns without proper proof (unboxing video & images) will not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Situations
- We do not offer cash refunds for returns. Instead, a replacement or store credit will be provided.
- Pre-booking charges (βΉ100 per saree) are non-refundable.
- Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped.
Refund for Canceled Orders
- If we cancel the order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, courier restrictions, or unexpected delays), we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure your order is correct before confirming the purchase.
Cancellation by Manju Boutique
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following conditions:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Unexpected issues with shipping or delivery.
- Payment verification failure or suspicious transactions.
If your order is canceled by us, the amount will be refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
